When Sun bragged about Brown’s son’s details

Today the news broke that the Sun had allegedly obtained details of Gordon Brown’s infant son’s medical records, and published a story about the child’s serious illness.

Even more disgustingly, the paper also trumpeted the story as an example of it obtaining “some cracking news stories”.

The allegation I’m hearing is that Rebekah Brooks personally telephoned Gordon Brown, to tell him this.

@1: Bad enough they ran the story, plus the way they got the info. To actually ring the parents and tell them, before they themselves have even had confirmation from the medics, I can only assume that the evil bastard Brooks was gloating, as though she was saying,”I can do this, I can get to you, your kids, I can hurt you.” Personally I am delighted Murdoch is backing her, given that people tend to judge others by the company they keep. Here’s hoping the domino effect continues all the way to News Corp, New York City, USA. FUCK ME, if the old cunt thinks he’s getting a rough ride over here, the yanks will absolutely kick the shit out of him, and his company.
