Watch: Cameron calls BBC cuts ‘delicious’

by Sunny Hundal

David Cameron today took questions regarding the rise of the EU budget by Newsnight’s Michael Crick.

The arrogance in the way he responds is astounding. He says:

We are all in it together including, deliciously, the BBC, who in another negotiation have agreed a licence fee freeze for six years. So what is good for the EU is good for the BBC, is good for everyone.

All in this together? Who still believes that?

Did he dislocate his jaw and swallow the puppy after the photographer left?

This man is a muppet and a Murdoch puppet.

@Ellie Mae

No, he started with the skull and just crunched the bones.

Very telling.

The nervousness with which he introduces the phrase, which he dscribes as a ‘cliche’, points to how he can’t say ‘We’re all in in together’ any more with any self-belief.

“We” are all in it together, so long as “we” refers to the working class. “They” are certainly not in it.

Cuts are relative.
Take a job from a LSA on £13, 000 and then take £13,000 from a multi millionare.
Don’t you love the way the Tories and their bloggers love the cuts.
Cheering and baying when the most vunerable lose their jobs.
You may be correct but at least hide your venal instincts.

Anyone else notice that Cameron seems to be picking up Blair’s tic of inserting ‘y’know’ into sentences when he’s a bit unsure of himself?

The upsetting thing is we should sell off the BBC as 1 unit and let the asset strippers discern the profitable bits but because everyone’s a bit skint – it’s really not the right time. 6 years though; not too long to wait, hopefully.

I think the “delicously” comment shows still further how ideaology is the sole driving force here.

seriously he is such an arrogant twat though, I remember pre-election one of the female presenters on Channel 4 News tried to ask him a question and he fobbed her off in a disgustingly patronising manner, im surprised she didnt slap him for it.

Cameron and Blair are two different people!?…

I wonder how much of a wage cut these bureaucrats have taken.. haha the joke is on you sheeples!
