ConHome get dire over MyToryTombstone
This one comes straight from the file marked ‘It’s our willy and we’ll wave it if we want to’…
If they can mess with our posters, shouldn’t we have fun with theirs?
On Monday Labour launched this poster and Tory Rascal hit back with this…
Fun???
Having given it a bit of thought, I’ve decided to spare Tory Rascal the humiliation of reposting their desperately unfunny attempt to spoof this Labour poster…

…but if you do happen to have a bit of masochistic streak then the links are already there, so you can go see for yourself.
Not that’s a recommendation, of course.
We are talking here about a party that considers Guido’s nose-picking video to be the height of comedic sophistication, so…
…if you’ve got a strong stomach and can manage to picture Barry Chuckle reciting the contents of Stan Boardman’s Big Book of German Knob Gags then you’ll have already got a clear idea of the level that ConHome are operating at and can safely save yourself a few minutes of your life that you might otherwise have wasted.
Seriously, if you are going to try and take the piss out of a poster then at least make the effort to do it properly…

UPDATE
This is fantastic…

I could not believe their attempt:
GORD
ON CAMERA
GORD
OFF CAMERA
You stupid people, have another look at the CAMERA ON/CAMERA OFF and see where the pun lies. (Hint, the joke is not in miss spelling a vegetable.)
Truly this will be an election campaign we will be telling our grandchildren about decades from now.
It’s a shockingly poor Labour poster anyway. Firstly, the ‘light side’ Camera-on half is more sharply lit, meaning that the eye is drawn more strongly to it. Given that these posters are generally put road-side, it means that a casual glance will absorb only the pro-Tory message.
Secondly, the ‘dark side’ Camera-off side doesn’t actually contradict the ‘light side’ – or at least not obviously so. The message is confused and muddled – it’s actually worse in this respect than the original Tory poster.
Secondly, the “camera-on/off” gag is lamer than a herd of three legged elephants. It is, in fact, so bad a gag that it was originally Derek Draper’s.
Fortunately for them, Labour are far too broke to put many of these up, meaning that the damage will be pretty limited.
So if it’s done by Labour it’s funny and by the Tories it’s not funny.
zzzzzz
Oh look, Richard the tory troll defending the tory party …AGAIN.
So boring. Better trolls please. These ones are second rate.
Richard actually has a point though.
@ Richard
So if it’s done by Labour it’s funny and by the Tories it’s not funny.
Yes, that’s right!
Actually even I’m amazed how unfunny the Right is.
“So if it’s done by Labour it’s funny”
Point of order: it’s not just done by Labour, it’s done by people like me who just don’t like the Tories very much and enjoy taking the piss out of them. I’m looking forward to seeing what the famously better right wing sense of humour is going to come back with, cos currently they’re the gift that keeps on giving.
EPIC DALE

How is this this Hoffman-Gill character allowed to post with comments like:
“You are fucking priceless. You are the stalking fucking troll wanting to meet up with me for fuck knows what. Stop talking to me you freak.”
Orator:
I’m afraid that Daniel has a persistent troll who uses his ID to post abusive comments here in the hope of causing trouble.
Measures are being taken to deal with the problem at the moment, so please bear with us.
Unity,
I have exactly the same troll(s). If you find a solution, please let me know.
Unity – I see. In that case I apologise to DH_G unreservedly.
