		<description>If that report is accurate, then Policy Exchange have done more than just &#039;win&#039; their libel action; they have managed to get the claimants&#039; case struck out - ie: their entire case was found to be either an abuse of process or it had no reasonable prospect of success.  It&#039;s a stringent test: judges are reluctant to strike out claims that just look a little bit hopeless.

Be interesting to see what detail comes out as to the reasons for the strike-out.</description>
