In this case, though, Dave had to share the joy of kicking this one in with Lil’ Nicky Clegg from down the road. Dave sat on his head while Nicky stuck a boot in his groin.

Odd description – technically it would have been ‘expenses reform’ of course, but another way of putting it would have been ‘counterproductively giving away unaccountable free money, with it going disproportionately to MPs who live near London and don’t need the expenses’…

Andrew: but that would have been FAR too long!
