		<description>With ITV shares trading at 26p while BSkyB shares are trading at £5, the regulator doesn&#039;t seem to care whether terrestrial broadcasters are going to go out of business. If we really want quality reginal news on ITV someone has to pay for it and ITV are losing advertising to the internet and cable, but still have the same obligations to the regulator. Ofcom have to give something, and I&#039;m not talking about a minority share in GMTV; I&#039;m saying that if you want public service value the people who deliver it.</description>
