Actually it&#039;s simply that the slapstick was not as moronic as normal and the politics were not as cut and dried as some of the other lefty reviewers had found (in my view). At the end day it&#039;s going to be difficult for the left to watch a &quot;comedy&quot; about Palestine where the sympathetic hero is an IDF commando - and I think that difficulty led many reviewers to miss the fact that the movie is not as reactionary as it first sounds.

But that&#039;s my opinion.</description>
