…down 32% from the previous year. What an evil bunch of money-grabbing bastards!
How the holy fuck can these price increases be justified, given that everyone on the board of centrica would have been fully aware of the knock on effect to low income customers (i.e: most of them), then defend themselves with self serving patronising sanctimonious shit like telling everyone to have more energy efficient homes, in a time when they themselves are helping to drive up the cost of living?
But, then again, how can you have a UN meeting, with the intention of eradicating world poverty, held in one of the worlds poorest countries (in real terms) then have, what was it, an 11 course meal, prior to discussions, and not spend the rest of the week laughing and pointing at your electorate?
Mark Twain says it best “…the Earth itself is insane; Man is a marvelous curiosity!”
I’d rather be….a tree!

Because the price Centrica pay for gas has gone up 3X, you daft prick.
Hello,
This is just another example of unfettered capitalism.
MP’s are too shit scared to do anything to the companies because of the ‘light touch’ mantra – that’s why all we hear is ‘advise’ on how to ‘save money’ – double glazing etc.
E-on, EDF are german and french respectively. EDF have fucked the government over with their withdrawal of their involvement with the nuclear plants because the spectre of a windfall tax on their profits.
And then E-On want to build a coal station.
This country has gone to shit – the MP’s have allowed it because of the revolving door to the private sector at whitehall.

Ah, how eliquent.
Working for centrica are you?
Either you are contradicting yourself here, or reading me competely out of context.
Thanx for the warm welcome buddy.
