Liking the Green broadcast

The party political broadcast from the Greens aired last night. I have to say – well done on them for taking a different and innovative approach. I quite liked it, though it sort of gives you a headache the second time. Here it is…

Also worth a mention is this Fantasy Mayor game published by the New Statesman. via jim jay.

And to think the Greens always used to be against the minimum wage…

The stuff about energy was dreadfully woolly. The worst practise is typically found in the private rented sector, where landlords have no interest in reducing energy bills. So low cost loans for solar panels are poorly targetted at best.

I really liked it too, very nicely done, about the issues not obsessively trying to sell a personality or being negative.

Good constructive politics, just what we need in this election.

Kind of reminded me of an etch-a-sketch in style at parts.

It is, however, nice to see a clear cut summary of policies without the needless bashing of other candidates.
